
I am a business‑driven IT and cybersecurity professional with extensive experience leading enterprise customer engagement, growing regional business, and acting as a trusted advisor for large organizations in the UAE.
Currently, I am occupying the position of Business Development Manager for Help AG, the cybersecurity arm of e& enterprise. As a Business Development Manager at Help AG, I focus on enhancing strategic relationships with Utilities and Oil & Gas sector organizations across the UAE, in addition to couple of key accounts based in Abu Dhabi. My role involves driving growth and fostering partnerships to deliver tailored solutions that meet our clients' evolving cybersecurity needs, thereby allowing them to concentrate more fully on core business objectives.
I have, during my work experience worked in multiple positions where I had to deal with developing strategies and policies and worked with the highest management level in enterprises in developing milestones and tactics in order to implement and achieve those targets.
I worked for Citrix Systems and Trend Micro in service delivery management positions where I was responsible for managing customers’ support delivery to achieve their satisfaction, I was able to prove myself as the customer’s technically trusted advisor by managing their support requirements and proactively helping in their projects.
During my long IT career, I was involved in positions of Pre-Sales, Post Sales and Projects Management. I built a working relationship with many enterprise customers in ME and was in positions that coordinated between several teams inside the organizations that I used to work for and inside my customers’ organization.
I have years of experience in managing relationships with enterprise customers and taking care of their support services, as well as being part of several projects where my direct or indirect influence was effective in the successful completion.
I’ve developed my communication and project management skills so I manage the interaction with the customer which usually needs communicating with different levels of enterprises within different circumstances, at the same time I coordinate and integrate between several internal groups in their relationship with the customer in order to achieve the customers’ satisfaction.
I’m a creative hard worker, initiator and self-dependent with a strong personality; who believes that he can add his cent to the business value chain, a person who digs his career path through continuous development and determination; as I believe that with hard work, determination and teamwork all objectives are achievable.
I'm interested in developing my career further and occupying positions where I am ambitious to find more challenges and responsibilities and can expand my abilities and develop my skills yet further.
